Wincher pricing 2026, a Wincher review of the rank tracker, and the alternatives worth pricing against it

The short answer

Wincher sells three plans: Basic at EUR 49 a month for 500 keywords, Standard at EUR 89 for 1,000 and Professional at EUR 319 for 5,000, with custom quotes above 50,000. Every tier gets daily ranking updates, which is genuinely rare at this price. The catch is not the headline number, it is the feature cliffs: API access, Looker Studio, white labeled reports, share of voice and multiple users are all switched off on Basic, and the local rank tracker updates weekly on a metered 25 credit allowance rather than being included.

Every price, limit and feature flag below was read off wincher.com on August 24, 2026. Wincher quotes euros, so the figures here are the euro list prices the pricing page served that day. Serpstracker builds a competing daily rank tracker. We are not affiliated with Wincher and earn no commission on any link on this page.

What Wincher costs

Three plans, and a keyword count that doubles then quintuples.

Wincher keeps its pricing page unusually plain. Three cards, a monthly and yearly toggle, and a contact link for anyone who needs more than 50,000 keywords. The keyword limit on each card is a dropdown, so the figures below are the entry step of each tier rather than a hard ceiling.

The shape of the ladder matters more than any single number. Basic to Standard is a modest step: EUR 40 more a month buys twice the keywords and unlocks most of the software. Standard to Professional is the expensive one. You pay roughly 3.6 times as much for 5 times the keywords, and the things you get on top are aimed squarely at agencies rather than at people who simply track more phrases.

Worth saying plainly, because plenty of competitors do not manage it: daily ranking updates are on every Wincher tier, including the EUR 49 one. Ahrefs is weekly on all four of its plans and Moz Campaigns update once a week, so a cheap daily tracker is a real thing to want. We unpack why the cadence matters in weekly vs daily rank tracking.

Wincher plans, August 2026

Plan Monthly Keywords Websites
Basic EUR 49 from 500 up to 10
Standard EUR 89 from 1,000 unlimited
Professional EUR 319 from 5,000 unlimited
Custom quote contact sales over 50,000 unlimited

Competitor tracking runs 5, 10 and 20 per website across the three tiers. Related keywords per search in the keyword explorer run 50, 200 and 500. Wincher advertises a free trial and lists Google 4.4, Capterra 4.8 and G2 4.8 on the pricing page itself.

The part the plan cards do not show

Basic is a single seat with no API and no client reporting.

The EUR 49 plan reads like a complete rank tracker on the card, and for one person watching 500 keywords it very nearly is. Scroll into the comparison table and the picture sharpens. Basic is capped at one user. Not one seat with the option to buy more, one user. If a second person at your company needs to log in, your price is EUR 89, whatever your keyword count looks like.

The same applies to anything you would put in front of a client. White labeled reports are off on Basic. Google Looker Studio is off on Basic. API access is off on Basic. So the entry plan is fine for tracking your own site and useless the moment you need to hand a branded PDF to somebody who is paying you, or pull the numbers into a warehouse. That threshold catches freelancers out regularly, and it is the reason the honest entry price for client work is EUR 89 rather than EUR 49.

Two more sit higher still. External users and project permissions are Professional only, at EUR 319. If your model is giving each client a login scoped to their own project, that is the tier, and there is nothing between EUR 89 and EUR 319 that changes it. Agencies pricing this out should read rank tracker for agencies alongside white label rank tracker.

The meter inside the local tracker

The local rank tracker is weekly, and it is metered at 25 credits on every plan.

This is the detail most Wincher reviews skip, and it is the one that changes the maths for anyone doing local SEO. Wincher lists the local rank tracker as a separate block in its comparison table, and the cadence row there does not say daily. It says weekly ranking updates, on all three tiers. So the daily cadence that makes Wincher attractive applies to standard keyword tracking, not to your Google Maps positions.

Then there is the allowance. Locations are unlimited, which sounds generous until you read the next row: included credits are 25, and that figure is identical on Basic, Standard and Professional. Paying EUR 319 a month instead of EUR 49 buys you exactly the same 25 local credits. Beyond that, extra credits are an add on billed at EUR 10 per 500.

None of that makes Wincher a bad tool. It does mean that a multi location local campaign is not really what you are buying here, and that the sticker price is not the price if map pack coverage is the job. If that is your use case, price it against a dedicated local rank tracker before committing, and be honest about how many locations you actually need.

Local rank tracker, all three tiers

  • Cadence: weekly ranking updates, not daily
  • Locations: unlimited
  • Included credits: 25 on Basic, 25 on Standard, 25 on Professional
  • Extra credits: add on, EUR 10 per 500

The flat 25 across a EUR 49 plan and a EUR 319 plan is the giveaway that local is a bolt on rather than a core part of the subscription.

Cost per tracked keyword

What a daily tracked keyword costs across the field.

The only fair way to compare rank trackers is price divided by keywords, holding the update cadence constant. A weekly tool at half the price is not cheaper if you need the number every morning. One caveat before the table: Wincher publishes in euros and we publish in dollars, so the two columns below are not a like for like currency conversion and the gap moves with the exchange rate. We have left each vendor in the currency it actually bills in rather than inventing a rate.

Plan Price / mo Keywords Cadence Per keyword
Serpstracker Agency $249 5,000 daily $0.050
Wincher Professional EUR 319 5,000 daily EUR 0.064
Serpstracker Growth $99 1,500 daily $0.066
SE Ranking Core $129 2,000 daily $0.065
Wincher Standard EUR 89 1,000 daily EUR 0.089
Wincher Basic EUR 49 500 daily EUR 0.098
Moz Large $299 3,000 weekly $0.100
Semrush Advanced $549 5,000 daily $0.110
AccuRanker Professional $224 2,000 daily $0.112
Ahrefs Standard $249 2,000 weekly $0.125
Serpstracker Starter $39 250 daily $0.156
Semrush Pro+ $299 1,500 daily $0.199
Moz Standard $99 300 weekly $0.330

Wincher lands in the good half of that table, and at the 500 keyword end it beats our own entry plan on keywords per unit of currency: EUR 49 for 500 daily keywords is more generous than $39 for 250. We would rather say that than pretend otherwise. The fuller version of this table, covering eleven tools, lives on rank tracker cost comparison.

An honest read

Where Wincher is the right answer, and where it is not.

Wincher is the better buy when

  • You want daily updates at the cheapest possible entry point and 500 keywords covers you. EUR 49 with daily checks is a strong number.
  • You want rank tracking plus on page checks, a SERP benchmark, a keyword explorer and backlink profiles in one subscription rather than a pure tracker.
  • You use WordPress and Yoast. Wincher has a long standing integration there that a standalone tracker does not replicate.
  • You track many websites on a small budget. Standard gives unlimited websites at EUR 89, which is unusually generous.

Look elsewhere when

  • Local and map pack coverage is the job. Weekly updates and 25 credits on every tier make that an add on purchase, not an included feature.
  • You need API access or branded client reports on the cheapest plan. Both start at EUR 89, so Basic is effectively a solo, internal use plan.
  • You bill in dollars and want a fixed dollar price. Wincher lists euros, so your cost drifts with the exchange rate.
  • You need per client logins. External users and project permissions do not appear until EUR 319.

If you are weighing Wincher against the big suites rather than against another tracker, the comparison that actually matters is cadence and cost per keyword, not feature count. We walk through that trade in best rank tracker and price the suites directly in Semrush pricing and Ahrefs pricing.

If you are moving

What a dedicated daily tracker changes.

Serpstracker does one job. Starter is $39 a month for 250 keywords, Growth is $99 for 1,500, Agency is $249 for 5,000, and Enterprise is quoted. Every plan is checked daily, per location and per device, with the organic top ten stored on every check so you can see who moved into your slot rather than only that you dropped. Drop alerts go out the same day.

What we do not have is worth stating just as plainly. There is no backlink index here, no keyword research database, no site crawler and no on page checker. If the Wincher subscription is doing four jobs for you, replacing it with us means keeping something else for the other three. Buying a tracker to replace a small suite is often a false economy, and we would rather you worked that out before you switch than after.

Before you move trackers

  1. Export your keyword list and its history. Wincher includes Excel and CSV exports on every tier, so this costs you nothing.
  2. Run both tools in parallel for a week. Positions differ between trackers for legitimate reasons, and a fortnight of overlap stops you misreading a methodology gap as a ranking drop.
  3. Check the cadence you actually need per keyword group. Plenty of long tail terms genuinely do not need a daily check.
  4. Count seats and client logins before you count keywords. On most trackers, including this one, that is what really sets your tier.

The longer version is in how to switch rank trackers.

Wincher pricing questions

Questions people ask about Wincher pricing.

How much does Wincher cost?

Wincher lists three plans: Basic at EUR 49 a month for 500 keywords, Standard at EUR 89 for 1,000 and Professional at EUR 319 for 5,000. A monthly and yearly toggle sits above the cards, and anything above 50,000 keywords is a custom quote from sales.

Does Wincher offer a free trial?

Yes. The Basic plan card is labelled try for free, the pricing page FAQ includes a question on free trials, and the closing panel invites you to start your free trial. Wincher also lists a separate FAQ entry asking whether there is a free plan, which is a different thing from a trial.

Does Wincher update rankings daily?

Yes for standard keyword tracking, on all three tiers including the EUR 49 Basic plan. That is worth noting because Ahrefs updates its rank tracker weekly on every plan and Moz Campaign rankings update once a week. The local rank tracker is the exception and updates weekly.

Is there a Wincher free plan?

Wincher raises the question in its own pricing FAQ rather than advertising a free tier on the plan cards, and the three published plans all carry a price. Treat the free entry point as a trial rather than a permanent free plan, and confirm the current terms at signup.

What is the cheapest Wincher plan with API access?

Standard at EUR 89 a month. API access is switched off on Basic, along with Google Looker Studio and white labeled reports. If you need to pull ranking data into a warehouse or a client dashboard, EUR 89 is your real entry price rather than EUR 49.

How many users does Wincher Basic include?

One. Basic is a single user plan with no option to add seats, so a second login means moving to Standard at EUR 89. External users and project permissions go further still and only appear on Professional at EUR 319.

How many keywords can you track with Wincher?

The published entry steps are 500 on Basic, 1,000 on Standard and 5,000 on Professional, each set by a dropdown on the pricing card rather than a fixed cap. Above 50,000 keywords Wincher asks you to contact the team for a tailored quote.

Does Wincher include local rank tracking?

Partly. Every tier includes the local rank tracker with unlimited locations, but it updates weekly rather than daily and ships with 25 included credits. That allowance is identical on all three plans, and extra credits are an add on at EUR 10 per 500.

Does Wincher have white label reports?

On Standard and Professional, not on Basic. The comparison table marks white labeled reports as unavailable on the EUR 49 plan. Scheduled and customizable PDF reporting sits in the same reporting block, so client facing output effectively starts at EUR 89.

How many competitors can you track in Wincher?

Five per website on Basic, ten per website on Standard and twenty per website on Professional. Because Standard and Professional both allow unlimited websites, the per website framing matters more than the raw number once you are past the entry plan.

Is Wincher cheaper than Semrush or Ahrefs?

For rank tracking alone, comfortably. Semrush starts at $139 a month and Ahrefs at $129, and Ahrefs tracks rankings weekly on every tier. Wincher gives daily updates from EUR 49. The suites win on breadth, with backlink indexes and keyword databases Wincher does not attempt to match.

Does Wincher price in dollars or euros?

The pricing page served euro figures when we read it in August 2026. For a US buyer that means the monthly cost is not fixed in dollars and moves with the exchange rate, so it is worth confirming the amount your card is actually charged at checkout.
