These terms cover your use of the Serpstracker website while the product is in early access. Serpstracker has not launched yet: this site is informational, the demo is a free preview, and signing up joins a waitlist, not a paid service. Using the site means you accept these terms.
An informational, pre-launch site
This website describes a rank tracking product that is under active development. Descriptions of features, plans, and capabilities reflect what we are building and intend to ship, not a product you can purchase or rely on today. We may change, delay, or drop any described feature before launch.
Early-access list terms
Joining the early-access list is free and creates no obligation on either side. You give us an email address; we confirm it and email you when your spot opens. A place on the list is not a contract for the future service, does not guarantee access by any date, and can be left at any time by emailing hello@serpstracker.com. How we handle your email is described in the privacy policy.
Planned pricing is not an offer
Prices shown on this site, including the pricing page, are planned launch pricing in USD. They are published for transparency and are not an offer to sell. Final pricing is set at launch; our stated intent is that early-access members lock in the launch prices shown when they joined, and we will honor that intent at launch.
Using the Google rank checker
The Google rank checker is a free preview for manual, personal use. It is rate limited per session, and we may throttle, cap, or suspend it at any time. You agree not to query it with scripts, bots, or other automation, not to attempt to bypass rate limits, and not to resell or scrape its output. Results are a live snapshot and can differ from what you see in your own browser, since Google personalizes results; the demo is provided for orientation, not as a guarantee of any ranking.
No warranties, limited liability
The site and the demo are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, and our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to $100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Intellectual property
The Serpstracker name, site design, and site content belong to us or our licensors. Third-party names mentioned on this site, such as Google, Semrush, and AccuRanker, are trademarks of their respective owners; we reference them only for identification and comparison and claim no affiliation or endorsement.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the site operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes belong to the courts of that jurisdiction. We may update these terms as the product approaches launch; the date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
