Agency rank tracker: one account for every client.
An agency rank tracker has one job beyond tracking positions: making client reporting cheap. Serpstracker puts every client site in one account, groups keywords per client, and exports daily Google positions to CSV per client, so nobody on your team checks SERPs by hand again. Agency rank tracking starts at $249 per month for 5,000 keywords across unlimited sites.
Client reporting is what turns weekly SERP checks from an afternoon of manual work into a CSV export you attach to an email. Compare the options in our best rank tracker breakdown, which prices the tiers that actually include client reporting.
Multi-site management without the tab circus.
The Agency tier tracks 5,000 keywords across unlimited sites. Each client site is its own workspace with its own keyword groups, competitors, and locations, and the account view rolls everything up into one board: which clients moved, which dropped, which need a call before they call you.
Keyword groups follow how you actually sell: money pages, service areas, brand terms, a campaign you promised results on. Positions come from the same daily engine as the core rank tracker, per location and device, with 5 competitors per site on Growth and 10 on Agency. Agencies with local clients get city and ZIP level checks through the local rank tracker.
Drops reach you before the client does
Same-day drop alerts go to email per client site, and to Slack from the Growth plan up. The difference between "we caught this yesterday and here is the fix" and "let me look into that" is, over a contract's lifetime, the difference between renewal and churn. Alert rules are set per keyword group, so a wobble on a long-tail term stays quiet while a money keyword falling out of the top 5 pages the account lead.
Onboarding a new client takes minutes
Paste the keyword list, set the domain and competitors, pick locations, done. When a prospect is on the phone, run their domain through the free Google rank checker and open the pitch with their real positions instead of promises.

Per-client keyword groups
Keywords and competitors are scoped to one client site and its keyword groups, so no client ever glimpses another client's data.
The report engine is the same one behind SEO ranking reports, with agency branding on top. Everything above is what the Agency plan does today, stated plainly: this is the feature list, not a highlight reel. If you already pay for a client reporting platform, the question is usually whether to keep buying rankings as an add-on to it, and the AgencyAnalytics alternative page runs that arithmetic at three, ten, and twenty-five clients. The month-to-month editorial side of it is in how to report SEO results to a client, and if the platform itself is still undecided, the pricing units and what each one collects are compared across nine SEO reporting tools.
Manual SERP checking is billable time you are eating.
Run your own numbers. Say an account manager spends 30 minutes per client per week checking positions and pasting them into a report. At 15 clients that is 7.5 hours a week, roughly 30 hours a month. At a $50 per hour internal cost, that is about $1,500 a month spent producing a worse version of an automated report.
The Agency tier is $249 per month. Against that example the tracker pays for itself six times over, before counting the retainers you keep because a drop got caught the same day. Substitute your own client count and hourly cost, the arithmetic is the point, not our example.
There is a quieter margin too. Reports that assemble themselves get sent on time, every time, and a client who receives a branded ranking report every Monday morning rarely wonders what the retainer is for.
Plans from $39 a month.
