White label rank tracker pricing: what white labeling covers and what each vendor charges

The short answer

White labeling means a client never sees the tracking vendor's name. In practice it covers up to seven separate things, and almost no tool gives you all seven. Expect to pay for it: it usually sits on an agency tier around $130 to $280 a month, and at SE Ranking it has moved out of the plans entirely into an Agency Pack at roughly $69 a month, billed annually only. We should say plainly that Serpstracker does not do this. We have no branded PDF, no client-facing share link and no custom sending domain. What we ship is daily positions, CSV export on every plan and a JSON API, which is enough for agencies that build the client deliverable themselves. This page is here to help you buy the right thing, including from someone else.

Vendor figures were read off the vendors' own pricing pages between July 25 and August 21, 2026, and the dates are noted per row. Pricing in this category changes often, so confirm before you buy.

What white label actually covers

The word gets used loosely. Here are the seven things it can mean.

Plenty of tools call a report white label when all they let you do is upload a logo into a corner while their name stays in the footer and the sending address. Take this list into any demo and ask about each row separately, because vendors bundle them very differently. The last column is our own answer, so you can see where we genuinely do not compete.

Element What to ask the vendor Serpstracker
Logo and color palette Does your mark appear on the cover and in chart accents, or only in a header strip? No
Report footer and credits Is there a "powered by" line anywhere in the document? No
PDF file name and metadata Does the saved file carry your agency name or the vendor's? No, we generate no PDF
Shareable client link Can a client open a live report without an account or a paid seat? No
Sending address Do scheduled reports arrive from your domain or from a vendor address? No
Custom domain for the portal Can the client-facing URL sit on reports.youragency.com? No
Raw data feed Is there an API so you can render the numbers in your own portal? Yes, JSON API

Six noes and one yes is not a sales pitch, and it is not meant to be. If rows one to six are requirements, buy from a vendor in the next section. If row seven is enough because you already have a client portal, keep reading. What can genuinely be rebranded in a client deliverable and what usually stays the vendor's is covered in white label SEO reports.

What it costs at each vendor

Where client-facing reporting sits in each price list.

Two patterns run through this table. Client reporting is nearly always an agency-tier feature rather than an entry-tier one, and a growing number of vendors have moved it out of the plan into a separate pack. Read the note column before you compare the price column.

Vendor Where reporting sits Price Note
SE Ranking Agency Pack add-on, outside all plans about $69/mo Annual billing only, on top of Core $129 or Growth $279. Read Aug 21, 2026.
AgencyAnalytics Per client, plus a rank tracking add-on $20 per client/mo Annual billing. Tracking add-on about $41.67 per 500 keywords, checked weekly. Read Jul 31, 2026.
Ahrefs Report Builder add-on $99/mo Reporting is not in the base plan. Rank Tracker itself reads weekly on all tiers. Read Aug 20, 2026.
Mangools Agency plan $129/mo Desktop and mobile count as two keyword slots. Weekly except on Agency. Read Jul 25, 2026.
Advanced Web Ranking Agency plan $279/mo A daily check spends 7 units per keyword, so the headline allowance is not what it looks like. Read Jul 25, 2026.
DashThis Reporting platform, no rank data of its own $44 to $429/mo You still need a tracker feeding it. Read Jul 31, 2026.
Whatagraph Reporting platform, no rank data of its own from EUR 699/mo Quoted in euros because we could not confirm a dollar list price. Read Jul 31, 2026.
Serpstracker Not offered n/a CSV export on every plan and a JSON API. No branded PDF, share link or sending domain.

The SE Ranking row is the one most articles get wrong, because white labeling used to be a plan feature there and the older Essential, Pro and Business lineup is still quoted all over the web. A white labeled SE Ranking Growth setup is nearer $348 a month than $279 once the pack is added. The full breakdown is on SE Ranking pricing, and the head to head with Semrush is on SE Ranking vs Semrush. Dedicated reporting platforms are compared on SEO reporting tools.

What we ship instead

We sell the measurement, not the document.

A lot of agencies have already solved the document. They have a deck template, a Looker Studio dashboard or a client portal, and what they are missing is a reliable daily position feed to put inside it. That is the job we are built for, and it is why we would rather be honest about the branded PDF than lose your trust in month two.

Every plan exports CSV, so positions drop straight into a spreadsheet, a deck or a dashboard you already brand. The Agency plan adds a JSON API, so the numbers can flow into a client portal that carries your name on every page, which is a stronger form of white labeling than any vendor PDF. That path is documented on the rank tracker API page.

On cost: $249 a month covers 5,000 keywords checked every 24 hours across unlimited client sites. Across a roster of 20 clients averaging 250 keywords each, that is about $12.45 per client per month for daily rankings, competitor columns and alerts. Add a reporting platform on top if you need one and compare the total against an agency tier that bundles both. Sometimes the bundle wins. The wider agency workflow is on rank tracker for agencies.

What goes in a client rank report

Whoever formats it, these are the five things a client actually reads. Worth checking against any template you are about to buy.

  • Movement since last report, not just today's position. A number with no delta tells a client nothing.
  • Top 3 and top 10 counts, which is the summary a non-SEO reader can hold in their head.
  • Wins first, then losses, with a one-line explanation next to anything that fell.
  • Competitor positions on the same keywords, so a flat month reads as holding ground against a rival who spent money.
  • Keywords you lead on versus each tracked rival, which is the honest version of the visibility score explained in share of voice in SEO.
Reporting without a branded PDF

How agencies actually run this when the tool has no report builder.

01

Decide who owns the document

If you already send a monthly deck or run a client dashboard, the tracker only needs to feed it. If you have nothing, buy a vendor with reporting built in rather than assembling one.

02

Create a workspace per client

Each client gets its own site, keyword list, competitors and market. Unlimited sites on the Agency plan, so onboarding a new retainer costs nothing extra until you pass 5,000 total keywords.

03

Load the keyword list in bulk

Paste or upload the full list, including the location and device variants that client cares about. The bulk rank checker handles a few hundred at a time.

04

Pull CSV or the API on your own schedule

Export before your reporting day, or have the API populate the dashboard continuously. Drop alerts reach your team by email so you hear about a fall before the client does.

Managing several rosters at once is its own discipline. We wrote up the workflow in tracking keyword rankings for multiple clients, and the bulk rank checker covers loading large lists.

White label rank tracking questions

Frequently asked questions

What is a white label rank tracker?

A white label rank tracker is rank tracking software that removes the vendor's branding from anything a client sees. Reports, shareable links and PDFs carry your agency logo, colors and domain instead. The tracking engine stays the vendor's; only the client-facing surface becomes yours.

How much does a white label rank tracker cost?

Budget $130 to $280 a month. White labeling is almost always an agency-tier feature rather than an entry-tier one. SE Ranking now sells it as a separate Agency Pack at about $69 a month on top of a plan, and that pack is annual billing only, so the real entry point there is nearer $348 a month with Growth.

Does Serpstracker offer white label reports?

No. We do not generate a branded PDF, we do not offer a client-facing share link, and we do not send reports from your domain. Every plan exports CSV and the Agency plan includes a JSON API, so agencies feed our data into a deck, dashboard or portal they already brand themselves.

Can I put my own logo on SEO ranking reports?

Only with a vendor that builds report generation, which we do not. If a branded document is a hard requirement, look at SE Ranking with the Agency Pack, AgencyAnalytics, or a dedicated reporting platform such as DashThis fed by a tracker. Ask specifically whether the PDF file name and metadata carry your name too.

Do clients need a login to see the report?

With us, there is no client-facing report to log into, so the question does not arise: you send the deck or dashboard you already produce. With vendors that do offer this, ask whether the share link is genuinely public or whether it consumes a paid client seat, because the two are priced very differently.

Can I resell rank tracking to my clients?

Yes. Agencies routinely price reporting into a retainer rather than billing software separately, and unlimited client sites on the Agency plan is built for that. What we ask is that you do not represent the tracking engine itself as software you built.

Is the API a better option than a branded PDF?

For an agency that already runs a client portal, usually yes. A PDF is branded once a month; a portal carrying your name is branded every time the client logs in. The trade is engineering time. If nobody on your team will build that integration, a vendor with reporting included is the cheaper answer.

Which white label rank tracker should an agency buy?

If you need the branded document and nothing else, SE Ranking Growth with the Agency Pack is the cheapest complete option we have priced, at roughly $348 a month. If you already own the reporting layer and just need accurate daily positions underneath it, a dedicated tracker costs far less and duplicates nothing.
