White label rank tracker: white label rank tracking reports under your own brand
The short answer
A white label rank tracker lets an agency send clients daily keyword ranking reports carrying the agency's logo, colors, and domain, with no vendor branding anywhere on the page. Serpstracker includes white labeling on the Agency plan at $249 a month: 5,000 keywords checked every 24 hours, unlimited client sites, branded PDF and shareable web reports, and API access if you would rather push the numbers into your own dashboard.

The word gets used loosely. Here is exactly what is yours.
Plenty of tools call a report white label when all they let you do is upload a logo into a corner while their name stays in the footer and the sending address. Check each row of this against whatever you are evaluating, ours included.
| Element | What a client sees | Plan |
|---|---|---|
| Logo and color palette | Your mark and brand colors across the report header, charts, and cover page | Agency |
| Report footer and credits | No vendor name, no "powered by" line anywhere on the document | Agency |
| PDF file name and metadata | Your agency name in the file name and document properties, not ours | Agency |
| Shareable web report | A live link a client can open without an account or a seat in the tool | Agency |
| Sending address | Reports delivered from your own domain rather than a vendor address | Agency |
| Report cadence | Weekly or monthly per client, on a schedule you set once | Growth and Agency |
| Raw data feed | JSON API so the numbers land in your own client portal instead | Agency |
The report layout itself is covered on the SEO ranking reports page, and the wider agency workflow on the rank tracker for agencies page.
A report with someone else's logo teaches the client to shop.
That is the whole commercial argument, and it is not vanity. Every month you send a branded vendor report, you hand a client the name of a tool that costs less than your retainer. Some percentage of them will go look it up, and the conversation you have next quarter is about software pricing rather than about the work.
The second reason is simpler: consistency. If your audits, your content calendars, and your dashboards all look like your agency, a rank report that looks like a stranger's SaaS breaks the impression that you built the system. Clients read polish as competence, fairly or not.
The third is practical. A shareable branded link means a client's marketing director can forward rankings to their CEO without you provisioning a seat, explaining a dashboard, or being asked to export a screenshot at 6pm on a Thursday.
What goes in a client rank report
- Movement since last report, not just today's position. A number with no delta tells a client nothing.
- Top 3 and top 10 counts, which is the summary a non-SEO reader can hold in their head.
- Wins first, then losses, with a one-line explanation next to anything that fell.
- Competitor positions on the same keywords, so a flat month reads as holding ground against a rival who spent money.
- Share of voice across the tracked set, covered in share of voice in SEO.
Brand it once, then it runs on schedule.
01
Upload your brand once
Logo, two brand colors, and your reply-to domain go in at the account level. Every report generated after that inherits them, for every client, with nothing to configure per project.
02
Create a workspace per client
Each client gets its own site, keyword list, competitors, and market. Unlimited sites on the Agency plan, so onboarding a new retainer costs nothing extra until you pass 5,000 total keywords.
03
Load the keyword list in bulk
Paste or upload the full list, including the location and device variants that client cares about. The bulk rank checker handles a few hundred at a time.
04
Set the schedule and the alerts
Monthly report on the first working day, weekly if the client is in an active campaign, plus drop alerts to your team so you hear about a fall before the client does.
Managing several rosters at once is its own discipline. We wrote up the workflow in tracking keyword rankings for multiple clients, and the bulk rank checker covers loading large lists.
What the Agency plan costs per client.
$249 a month buys 5,000 daily-checked keywords across unlimited sites. Across a roster of 20 clients averaging 250 keywords each, that is about $12.45 per client per month for daily rankings, competitor columns, alerts, and a branded report. Most agencies bill reporting into the retainer at multiples of that, which is the point.
Compare that with buying platform seats per client, or with a suite where the tracked keyword allowance runs out at 750 or 2,000 and the next tier doubles the bill. We laid the numbers out on Serpstracker vs Ahrefs Rank Tracker and in how much a rank tracker costs.
If you would rather not send our report at all, the Agency plan includes the rank tracking API, so positions can flow straight into whatever client portal you already run.

Frequently asked questions
What is a white label rank tracker?
A white label rank tracker is rank tracking software that removes the vendor's branding from anything a client sees. Reports, shareable links, and PDFs carry your agency logo, colors, and domain instead. The tracking engine is the vendor's; the client-facing surface is entirely yours.
Can I put my own logo on SEO ranking reports?
Yes, on the Agency plan. You upload a logo and two brand colors once at the account level and every report generated afterwards uses them, including the cover page, chart accents, PDF file name, and document metadata. There is no vendor name or "powered by" line anywhere in the output.
Do clients need a login to see the report?
No. Alongside the PDF you get a shareable web link that opens the live report without an account. That means a client contact can forward rankings to their own leadership without you provisioning seats, and without anyone needing to learn a dashboard.
How much does a white label rank tracker cost?
White labeling is normally an agency-tier feature across the category, so expect $200 to $300 a month. Serpstracker includes it at $249 for 5,000 daily-checked keywords across unlimited client sites. On a 20-client roster that works out around $12 per client per month.
Can I resell rank tracking to my clients?
Yes. Agencies routinely price reporting into a retainer rather than billing software separately, and the Agency plan is built for that: unlimited sites, per-client workspaces, and no vendor branding in front of the client. What we ask is that you do not represent the tracking engine itself as software you built.
Does white labeling cover the emails as well as the reports?
Yes. Scheduled reports can be delivered from your own reply-to domain, so the message arriving in a client inbox comes from your agency rather than a tool the client has never heard of. Internal alerts to your own team stay as-is, since nobody outside sees those.
Can I white label the dashboard itself, not just the reports?
The reporting surface is fully white labeled. The dashboard your team logs into is not, because it is your workspace rather than a client-facing page. If you want a fully branded client-facing dashboard, use the API on the Agency plan and render the data inside the portal you already run.
How often are white label reports sent?
You set it per client: monthly on the first working day suits most retainers, weekly suits an active campaign or a recovery project. Rankings themselves update every 24 hours regardless, so the report always reflects yesterday rather than the last time somebody remembered to refresh it.
