SEO ranking report your client actually reads

An SEO ranking report shows where a site's keywords rank in Google and how those positions moved over a period. Serpstracker builds one automatically every week, client-ready, shareable as a live link, and exportable as a white-label PDF.

Reporting should not eat your Friday

Client-ready every week, built automatically

Every week Serpstracker assembles the report from the daily data the keyword rank tracker already collected: positions, movement, and highlights, ready to forward. No exporting to spreadsheets, no screenshotting Google, no manual SERP checking. The manual version of this job, checking positions by hand and pasting them into a deck, eats hours per client every week and still misses the movements between report days. Here it becomes a review-and-send.

Reports can be scoped by tag, so one client, one product line, or one market gets its own report on its own schedule. Weekly is the default because it matches how clients ask; you can also run a report for any custom date range when a contract review or a quarterly meeting needs the longer view.

The honesty rule applies here too: the report shows drops with the same prominence as gains. A report that only ever contains good news stops being believed, because the client's own traffic chart eventually disagrees with it.

A report is only useful if the client sees it

Live links for everyone, white-label PDF on Agency

Every report has a shareable live link: the client opens it in a browser and always sees current numbers, no account needed, no attachment rotting in an inbox. On the Agency tier at $249 per month, you can also export a white-label PDF with your logo and colors, no Serpstracker branding anywhere, ready for the monthly retainer deck.

Live links can be revoked at any time, and each link is scoped to exactly one report, so a client sees their keywords and nothing else. Plan details are on the pricing page; shareable reports start on the Growth tier at $99 per month.

A good report answers three questions

What a good ranking report contains

Where are we, which way are we moving, and what changed. A report that answers those three questions in the first screen gets read; one that opens with forty rows of raw positions gets skimmed and forgotten. Serpstracker's report opens with the summary numbers: keywords in the top 3 and top 10 and their week-over-week change, then the movers, the biggest gains and drops with position charts, then the share-of-voice trend against tracked rivals from competitor rank tracking.

Every drop in the report links back to its rank drop alert, so "what happened here" always has a date and an answer. Numbers only, honestly presented: a rank tracker report should show the losses as clearly as the wins. That is what keeps a client reading it month after month, and what makes the wins credible when they come.
