Vendor teardown · Last updated August 2026
AgencyAnalytics pricing 2026, an AgencyAnalytics review of the rank tracker add-on, and the real cost per client
The short answer
AgencyAnalytics sells one plan at $20 per client per month, billed annually, with every reporting feature unlocked and unlimited staff and client users. The number that catches agencies out is the one under it: rank tracking is not in that price. It is a separate add-on at $41.67 a month per 500 keywords, also billed annually, and the vendor's own page states those rankings update weekly. So a ten client agency that wants rankings pays about $242 a month, and gets four ranking checks per keyword per month rather than thirty.

One plan, one rate, and the client count is the meter.
AgencyAnalytics dropped the tiered ladder that most reporting platforms still sell. There is a single rate and you pay it per client account, so the bill moves with your roster instead of with a feature checklist. The pricing page words it as "One plan. Every feature. Every client. One rate." In practice that removes the usual reason agencies upgrade, which is one locked feature, and replaces it with a straight multiplication.
| Item | AgencyAnalytics, August 2026 |
|---|---|
| Plan structure | A single plan. No feature tiers to climb. |
| Headline rate | $20 USD per client, per month, billed annually |
| Annual discount | The page advertises "Save 20% annually" against a monthly rate it does not print next to the toggle, so the monthly figure is not quoted here |
| Staff users | Unlimited |
| Client users | Unlimited |
| Reports and dashboards | Unlimited |
| Data sources | Unlimited, from 85+ integrations |
| White label | Included: branded logo, color scheme, custom domain and custom email |
| API access | Included |
| AI features | AI insights, Ask AI, AI report summary, plus MCP access for ChatGPT and Claude |
| Support | Email and chat, with a free onboarding call |
| Enterprise | For 25+ clients, contact sales for volume discounts, database connectors, priority support and dedicated training |
| Currencies offered | USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, GBP, EUR |
For a reporting platform this is a genuinely clean deal, and it is worth saying so plainly. Unlimited client logins matter to anyone who has been charged per seat for giving a client read only access. Unlimited integrations matter when one client runs Google Ads, Meta, a Shopify store and a call tracker. If client reporting across paid, social and analytics is the job, this is a fair price for it and nothing on this page argues otherwise.
Rank tracking is an add-on, and it runs weekly.
"Every feature" refers to the reporting platform. Two products sit outside it and carry their own meters. If you are pricing AgencyAnalytics as an SEO tool rather than as a reporting layer, these two rows are the ones that decide the bill, and the update frequency on the first one is the detail most roundups leave out.
| Add-on | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Rank Tracker | $41.67 a month per 500 keywords, billed annually | Desktop and mobile rankings, Google and Bing, local and multi-language, across all SEO campaigns. The vendor page states the rankings are tracked weekly. |
| AI Tracker (Beta) | $20.83 a month per 250 credits, billed annually | Brand visibility, sentiment, position and citations across ChatGPT, Google AI Overview, Google AI Mode and Claude. Metered in credits rather than keywords. |
Weekly is the number to sit with. A weekly check can hide a drop for six days, and six days is long enough for a client to notice the traffic before you notice the ranking. It also breaks the diagnosis: when a position finally moves in your report, the change could have happened on any of seven days, so you cannot line it up against a deploy, a title rewrite or an algorithm update. That is the argument for a daily rank tracker, and it is the one thing this add-on will not do at any price.
The AI Tracker is priced in credits rather than keywords, so the cost depends on how many prompts you monitor and how often. We have not run the product and are not going to invent a credit burn rate for it. Worth knowing it exists, since it covers ground a pure rank tracker does not: our own tracker is Google organic only and does not flag AI Overviews.
What an agency pays at 10, 25 and 50 clients.
The arithmetic below is ours, built from the two published rates. The platform column is clients multiplied by $20. The rankings column assumes 500 tracked keywords per 10 clients, which is 50 keywords a client and is on the lean side for most retainers. Nothing here is a quote from AgencyAnalytics, and anyone at 25 clients or more is told to contact sales for a volume discount, so treat the last row as a list price ceiling rather than what you would sign.
| Clients | Platform | Keywords | Rank add-on | Monthly total |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 | $200 | 500 | $41.67 | $241.67 |
| 25 | $500 | 1,250 | $104.18 | $604.18 |
| 50 | $1,000 | 2,500 | $208.35 | $1,208.35 |
Platform is clients times $20 at the annual billing rate. Rank add-on is charged per 500 keyword block at $41.67; the 1,250 and 2,500 keyword rows are shown pro rata rather than rounded up to whole blocks, because the vendor does not publish whether partial blocks are sold. Every figure is billed annually.
Read it the other way and the shape gets clearer. At 50 clients you are at about $1,208 a month for a reporting platform plus 2,500 weekly ranking checks. Our Agency plan is $249 a month for 5,000 keywords checked daily, which is twice the keywords at thirty checks each. It is also not a reporting platform, does not touch your ad data and has no client portal, so this is not a like for like swap. It is a swap only if rankings were the reason you were paying.
Per keyword it looks close. Per check it is not.
Cost per tracked keyword is the number every comparison post uses, and on that measure the AgencyAnalytics add-on lands mid table. It flatters weekly tools, because a keyword checked once a week and a keyword checked every morning count the same. Dividing by the checks you actually receive changes the order. A weekly tool delivers about 4.3 checks a month; a daily one delivers 30.
| Tool | Frequency | Per keyword / month | Per ranking check |
|---|---|---|---|
| Serpstracker Agency, $249 / 5,000 kw | Daily | $0.050 | $0.002 |
| Serpstracker Growth, $99 / 1,500 kw | Daily | $0.066 | $0.002 |
| AgencyAnalytics add-on, $41.67 / 500 kw | Weekly | $0.083 | $0.019 |
| Ahrefs Standard, $249 / 2,000 kw | Weekly | $0.125 | $0.029 |
| Moz Pro Standard, $99 / 300 kw | Weekly | $0.330 | $0.077 |
Per check divides the monthly price by keywords times checks per month, using 30 for daily and 4.3 for weekly. Ahrefs and Moz figures are from their published plan pages and are included for scale, not as a claim that either is bought for rank tracking alone.
One honest caveat on that table. The AgencyAnalytics add-on tracks Google and Bing, desktop and mobile, local and multi-language. Ours tracks Google organic only, on the location and device you set per keyword. If a client needs Bing positions in the same report, the per check arithmetic is beside the point and the add-on wins that row outright. The full rank tracker cost comparison runs the same math across eleven tools.
Who should buy it, and who is paying twice.
Buy AgencyAnalytics if
- Client reporting is the actual job, across paid, social, analytics and SEO in one branded document.
- You want clients logging into a portal with your logo on it, without paying per seat.
- You need 85+ integrations pulled together and would otherwise be exporting CSVs by hand every month.
- Weekly ranking granularity is genuinely enough for your reporting cycle.
- You want Bing alongside Google in the same keyword list.
Look elsewhere if
- Rankings are the deliverable and you were about to pay $20 a client for a reporting layer you will not open.
- You need to know the day a position moved, not the week.
- You want a drop alert the morning it happens rather than at the next weekly refresh.
- Your keyword count is high and your client count is low, which is the worst shape for per client pricing.
- You already report in Looker Studio or a tool you are not replacing.
The mismatch worth naming is the last one in the right hand column. Per client pricing is excellent when you have many clients and modest keyword lists, and it is poor when you have six clients tracking two thousand keywords between them, because you pay the platform rate six times and then pay for the keywords anyway. Count both numbers before you sign. If your shape is the second one, an agency rank tracker priced on keywords rather than on client accounts will be cheaper, and a white label rank tracker still covers the branded reporting piece.
Frequently asked questions
How much does AgencyAnalytics cost?
AgencyAnalytics costs $20 USD per client per month, billed annually, on a single plan with every reporting feature unlocked and unlimited staff and client users. A ten client agency therefore pays $200 a month for the platform. Rank tracking is not included in that rate and is sold as a separate add-on.
Does AgencyAnalytics include rank tracking?
Not in the $20 per client rate. Rank tracking is a paid add-on priced at $41.67 a month per 500 keywords, billed annually. It covers desktop and mobile positions on Google and Bing, including local and multi-language, and the vendor pricing page states that the rankings are tracked weekly.
How often does the AgencyAnalytics rank tracker update?
Weekly, according to the description on the AgencyAnalytics pricing page. That works out to roughly 4.3 ranking checks per keyword per month, against 30 for a daily tracker. If a position drops the day after a refresh, the report will not show it for another six days.
Is AgencyAnalytics free?
No. There is no free tier. The pricing page offers a free trial through its "Start Free" and "Start Free Trial" buttons, and the paid rate begins at $20 per client per month billed annually. The trial length is not printed on the pricing page, so we are not quoting a number for it.
Does AgencyAnalytics have an API?
Yes. API access is listed among the features included in the single plan rather than sold as an upgrade, alongside a Google Sheets integration and custom metrics. The platform also advertises MCP access so that AgencyAnalytics data can be pulled into ChatGPT and Claude.
What happens above 25 clients?
AgencyAnalytics directs agencies managing 25 or more clients to contact sales for a custom enterprise plan. The published incentives are volume discounts, database connectors, priority support and dedicated training. No enterprise price is published, so the list rate is the only figure anyone can quote honestly.
Is AgencyAnalytics cheaper than a dedicated rank tracker?
It depends on the ratio of clients to keywords. Per client pricing is cheap when each client tracks a short list, and expensive when a handful of clients track thousands of keywords, since you pay the platform rate per account and the keyword rate on top. Rankings alone are cheaper on a keyword priced tracker.
Prices move. Everything above was read off the vendor's own pricing page on August 29, 2026, in USD, and the currency selector also offers CAD, AUD, NZD, GBP and EUR. Where a figure was not published, such as the monthly rate behind the annual toggle or the length of the free trial, no number is given here rather than a guess.
