rankingCoach pricing and rankingCoach 360 plans with the real yearly cost

The short answer

rankingCoach 360 costs $60 a month plus a $25 setup fee, or $480 a year on annual payment, and that buys one website with 50 keywords tracked daily in up to 5 locations. Every extra website is another full subscription. A FREE edition covers 10 keywords in one location.

Plans, limits and terms below are read from the rankingCoach US pricing page, its agency page and its cancellation and refund policy in October 2026. Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT or sales tax. We are not affiliated with rankingCoach.

rankingCoach plans

Two self-serve plans, one website each, and agency tiers behind a form.

rankingCoach is a do-it-yourself marketing app for small and midsize businesses, made by rankingCoach GmbH in Cologne. Rank tracking is one part of it, next to directory listings, review management, social posting, SEO video tasks and a Google Ads creator. That matters for the price: you are buying a bundle for one business, and the keyword allowance is sized for a local shop, not for an SEO team.

The pricing page prints the 360 plan at "$40 / Month" in large type, which is the annual rate. Read the line under it: "Setup fee: $25 one-time payment, then $60/month, plus VAT." The page shows the setup fee next to the monthly price and does not say whether it is also charged on annual payment, so ask before you buy if that $25 matters.

The FREE edition is labeled "Limited edition" and "Limited Time offer", so do not plan a budget around it staying free. rankingCoach is also sold inside some hosting and website builder packages, where the partner sets the edition and the price. Those bundles are not on the rankingCoach page, and we have not priced them here.

What 50 keywords really buys

50 keywords in 5 locations is 250 daily checks, if you use all five.

rankingCoach states it plainly in the plan table: "Each keyword is tracked in each location, so e.g. 50 keywords in 5 locations means 250 keywords tracked per day." That is a fair deal for a business with five service towns. It is a poor one for a business with one location and a longer list, because the cap is 50 distinct terms no matter how many towns you leave empty.

360, all 5 locations used

$0.24

per daily check a month, monthly billing; $0.16 on annual payment

360, one location used

$1.20

per daily check a month, monthly billing; $0.80 on annual payment

SerpsTracker Starter, 250 keywords

$0.196

per daily check a month, monthly billing; $0.096 billed yearly

Per check is the harshest way to read rankingCoach, because the $60 also buys listings, review replies, social posting and the SEO task list. If you would use all of that, the bundle is reasonable. If what you actually open every morning is the rankings screen, you are paying for a suite to get a tracker.

Priced on real setups

rankingCoach vs SerpsTracker for six typical setups.

Each cell is the cheapest published plan that covers the setup, monthly price first, then the yearly price. rankingCoach charges per project, so websites drive its bill. We charge by keywords with a site allowance per plan, so the list length drives ours. The last column scores price only.

Setup rankingCoach, monthly / yearly SerpsTracker, monthly / yearly Cheaper
1 site, 10 keywords, 1 town FREE: $0 Starter: $49 / $288 rankingCoach, while the free offer lasts
1 site, 50 keywords, 1 town 360: $60 / $480 Starter: $49 / $288 SerpsTracker, by $11 monthly and $192 a year
1 site, 50 keywords in 5 towns 360: $60 / $480 Starter, 250 keyword and town pairs: $49 / $288 SerpsTracker, by $11 monthly and $192 a year
3 sites, 50 keywords each 3 x 360: $180 / $1,440 Starter: $49 / $288 SerpsTracker, by $131 monthly
1 site, 300 keywords Above the 360 cap; agency edition, price not published Growth: $99 / $594 Only SerpsTracker publishes a price
10 client sites, 100 keywords each 10 x 360 at 50 each does not fit; agency edition, price not published Growth, 1,500 keywords and 10 sites: $99 / $594 Only SerpsTracker publishes a price

The second website

This is where the rankingCoach bill jumps. A second location site or a separate brand is another $60 a month. Our Starter covers 3 sites inside the same $49, and Growth covers 10.

The 51st keyword

360 stops at 50 terms per project. Service businesses with a page per service and per town pass that quickly. Starter holds 250 and Growth 1,500, checked every day.

Where rankingCoach wins

Ten keywords for one shop cost nothing on FREE, and nobody can beat $0. If that covers you and the offer is still on, keep it.

How rankingCoach sits against the rest of the market is in the rank tracker cost comparison, and if you run one or a few local businesses, the rank tracker for small business page shows the plan most owners end up on.

Best for Daily rankings on a long list or several sites One local business that wants a DIY marketing suite

Scored honestly, rankingCoach takes listings, reviews, ads, social, the guided SEO tasks and a free tier for ten keywords. SerpsTracker takes price per website, price per keyword, list length, a published price for larger lists, no setup fee and per keyword drop alerts. If you want one app to run a local business online, rankingCoach is the better buy and this page should not change your mind.

Who should pick which

Pick SerpsTracker if this is you.

  • You have more than one website

Two to three sites fit inside our $49 Starter. On rankingCoach 360 each site is its own $60 subscription.

  • Your list is longer than 50 terms

A plumber with eight services in six towns already has 48 combinations. Starter tracks 250 keywords a day, Growth 1,500.

  • You already have a marketing stack

If listings, reviews and ads are handled elsewhere, a suite duplicates them. Pay for the rankings only and get a drop alert the morning it happens.

Stay on rankingCoach if any of these is true.

  • Ten keywords are enough

The FREE edition covers them for one location at $0. We do not have a free plan.

  • You use the listings and reviews daily

Publishing to 46 directories and answering reviews from one screen is real work saved, and we do neither.

  • You want someone to tell you what to fix

The video task list walks a non-specialist through on-page fixes for their CMS. A tracker shows positions, not instructions.

Moving your keywords

Run both for a week, then cancel 7 days before renewal.

Step 01

Note your terms and towns

Write down each keyword and location you track in rankingCoach, with today's positions, so you keep a dated starting point.

Step 02

Add them here

Paste the list, set the city or ZIP per keyword, and group it by website. Every site fits in one account.

Step 03

Compare a week of readings

Two trackers rarely agree to the place on the same morning. Watch the direction and size of moves, not single digits.

Step 04

Cancel on time

rankingCoach needs notice 7 days before the contract ends, and 12 month contracts run to the end of the term.

Why a one or two place gap between trackers is normal is covered in how accurate are rank trackers, and keeping your history through the move is in how to switch rank trackers. For tracking by town, see the local rank tracker.

rankingCoach pricing questions

Frequently asked questions

How much does rankingCoach cost?

rankingCoach 360 costs $60 a month on monthly billing, plus a one-time $25 setup fee and VAT, or $480 a year on annual payment, which works out at $40 a month. That price covers one project, meaning one website. There is also a FREE edition at $0 that rankingCoach labels a limited time offer.

What is included in rankingCoach 360?

One project with 50 keywords tracked daily in up to 5 locations, 5 competitors, brand and review monitoring, listings in up to 46 directories, review replies with an AI assistant, SEO video tasks for your CMS, a Google Ads and social ads creator, weekly reports and email alerts. Google Ads spend is billed on top.

How many keywords can you track with rankingCoach?

rankingCoach 360 tracks 50 keywords per project, and each keyword is tracked in each location, so 50 keywords in 5 locations is 250 daily checks. The FREE edition tracks 10 keywords in 1 location. The agency edition raises the limit to 100 keywords in 10 locations per project.

Does rankingCoach charge per website?

Yes. One project is included, and each additional project is paid separately at the same fixed amount: $60 a month on monthly payment or $480 a year on annual payment. Three websites on rankingCoach 360 therefore cost $180 a month, or $1,440 a year.

Is there a free version of rankingCoach?

Yes. rankingCoach FREE is listed at $0 a month and is described as a limited time offer. It includes the notification feed, review notifications, 3 competitors and rank monitoring for 10 keywords in one location, which is enough to watch a handful of local terms for one business.

How much do rankingCoach agency plans cost?

rankingCoach does not publish agency prices. The agency page lists Bronze with 5 projects and Silver with 15 projects, each with 100 keywords in 10 locations per project, white label reporting and time tracking for SEO tasks, and every tier sends you to a contact form for the price.

How do I cancel rankingCoach?

From your account, under subscriptions and manage contract, or through support by chat, email or phone. Cancellations must be made 7 days before the contract ends. Contracts of 12 months or longer can only be cancelled at the end of that term, and refunds are decided case by case.

Is rankingCoach cheaper than SerpsTracker?

For one business tracking 10 local keywords, yes, because rankingCoach FREE costs nothing. For daily rank tracking beyond that, no. Our Starter is $49 a month, or $24 billed yearly, for 250 keywords across 3 sites, against $60 per website for 50 keywords on rankingCoach 360.

Pricing other trackers against rankingCoach? The rankingCoach alternative guide covers what to switch to by business size, AuthorityLabs pricing covers a tracker built for many small domains, and our SERPRobot review prices the cheapest daily checks on the market.
