AuthorityLabs, priced per daily keyword

AuthorityLabs pricing and plans with the cost per tracked keyword

The short answer

AuthorityLabs costs $65 a month for 250 keywords, $129 for 1,000, $295 for 2,500 and $585 for 5,000 or more. Every plan updates daily and includes unlimited users, white label and API access. There is no published annual discount, so the cost per daily keyword runs from $0.26 down to about $0.12.

Plans, allowances and terms below are read from the Authority Labs pricing page, its pricing FAQ and its homepage in October 2026. Prices are in US dollars. We are not affiliated with AuthorityLabs.

AuthorityLabs plans

Four AuthorityLabs plans, one feature list.

AuthorityLabs is one of the older dedicated rank trackers, built for agencies and in-house teams that want daily Google positions and a data feed. Its pricing is simple in one useful way: all four plan cards carry the identical feature list. Local tracking, mobile tracking, daily updates, Now Provided reports, unlimited users, white label, a Google Data Studio integration marked beta, and API access appear on the $65 plan exactly as they do on the $585 plan. What you pay for is keywords and domains.

There is no yearly toggle on the page and no annual price, so the monthly figure is the price. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time; AuthorityLabs says the account changes immediately and the card is charged the new amount on your next scheduled billing date. Prices exclude any sales tax your state applies.

Two details matter for budgeting. Enterprise is written as "5000+ Keywords" at $585, with no price for a count above 5,000, so a 10,000 keyword list means a sales conversation. And the domain allowance is generous at every tier: 50 domains on Plus means an agency with many small clients can stay on the cheapest plan longer than with most trackers.

What one daily keyword costs

AuthorityLabs cost per keyword against ours, tier by tier.

Divide each plan's monthly price by its keyword allowance and the AuthorityLabs curve flattens fast. Past Pro, the price per keyword barely moves: $0.118 on Pro Plus and $0.117 on Enterprise. That is the number to watch if your list is growing, because the bill grows almost in a straight line with it.

Per keyword is the honest worst case for AuthorityLabs, because the same money also buys unlimited users, white label and API access on every plan, none of which we include on Starter. If those are things you would otherwise pay for, the gap narrows. If you only need daily Google positions and alerts, it does not.

Priced on real keyword counts

AuthorityLabs vs SerpsTracker at six keyword counts.

Each cell is the cheapest published plan that covers the count, monthly price first, then a full year. AuthorityLabs has no annual plan, so its yearly figure is twelve monthly payments. The last column is scored on price alone; domain counts are compared underneath.

Daily keywords AuthorityLabs, monthly / per year SerpsTracker, monthly / per year Cheaper
250 Plus: $65 / $780 Starter: $49 / $288 SerpsTracker, by $16 monthly and $492 a year
1,000 Pro: $129 / $1,548 Growth (1,500): $99 / $594 SerpsTracker, by $30 monthly and $954 a year
1,500 Pro Plus (2,500): $295 / $3,540 Growth: $99 / $594 SerpsTracker, by $196 monthly
2,500 Pro Plus: $295 / $3,540 Agency (5,000): $249 / $1,494 SerpsTracker, by $46 monthly
5,000 Enterprise: $585 / $7,020 Agency: $249 / $1,494 SerpsTracker, by $336 monthly
10,000 Enterprise, price above 5,000 not published Enterprise: $498 / $2,988 Only SerpsTracker publishes a price

Many domains, few keywords

This is where AuthorityLabs wins outright. Twenty local clients at a dozen keywords each fit on Plus at $65 with room for 50 domains. Our Starter allows 3 sites and Growth 10, so that book of clients needs our Agency plan at $249.

A few sites, a long keyword list

The opposite shape favors us. An in-house team watching 1,200 keywords on its own domain and a couple of microsites pays $99 a month on Growth, or $49.50 billed yearly, against $295 for Pro Plus.

Above 5,000

AuthorityLabs stops publishing at "5000+". Our Enterprise plan lists 10,000 daily keywords for $498 a month, $249 billed yearly, with SSO, roles and an uptime SLA on the plan card.

How AuthorityLabs sits against the rest of the market is in the rank tracker cost comparison, and if your list is already in the thousands, the rank tracker for agencies page covers how client work changes the math.

AuthorityLabs vs SerpsTracker, feature by feature.

Both products do the same core job, a daily Google check per keyword. AuthorityLabs bundles more around it on the entry plan; we charge less per keyword and publish a yearly price. Here is every row we could verify, including the ones we lose.

Best for Long keyword lists on a few sites, yearly billing, alerts Many domains, white label reports, an API on a small budget

Scored honestly, AuthorityLabs takes domains per plan, users, white label, the API on the entry tier and the no-card trial. SerpsTracker takes the price at every keyword count we tested, the yearly discount, a published price for 10,000 keywords, self-serve cancelling and same day drop alerts. If you resell rank reports under your own brand, AuthorityLabs is the better buy and this page should not change your mind.

Who should pick which

Pick SerpsTracker if this is you.

  • Your list grows faster than your site count

One brand, a few hundred to a few thousand keywords. At 1,500 daily keywords you pay $99 a month with us against $295 for Pro Plus, because AuthorityLabs has no tier between 1,000 and 2,500.

  • You budget by the year

Yearly billing halves every plan we sell. AuthorityLabs publishes no annual price, so a year of Plus is $780 against $288 for our Starter.

  • You want the drop the morning it happens

Set a threshold per keyword and the email, or Slack message from Growth, arrives the day a position crosses it.

Stay on AuthorityLabs if any of these is true.

  • You track dozens of small domains

50 domains on a $65 plan is hard to beat for a local agency with many clients and short keyword lists.

  • Clients see the reports under your brand

White label is on every AuthorityLabs plan. We do not generate branded PDFs or client share links.

  • You need an API below $249

AuthorityLabs lists API access from the $65 tier. Ours starts on Agency, so a small data pipeline is cheaper there.

Moving a keyword list

Run both for a week, then decide at renewal.

Step 01

Export the list

Pull your keywords, domains and current positions out of AuthorityLabs so you keep a dated starting record.

Step 02

Import it here

Paste or upload the full list. Group it by site, because your plan is sized by keywords and sites together.

Step 03

Compare a week of readings

Two trackers rarely agree to the place on the same morning. Look at direction and size of moves, not single digits.

Step 04

Cancel in time

AuthorityLabs bills monthly with no contract, and paid accounts are cancelled by contacting them before the next billing date.

Why a one or two place gap between trackers is normal is covered in how accurate are rank trackers, and keeping your history through the move is in how to switch rank trackers.

AuthorityLabs pricing questions

Frequently asked questions

How much does AuthorityLabs cost?

AuthorityLabs has four plans, all priced monthly. Plus is $65 a month for 250 keywords and 50 domains, Pro is $129 for 1,000 keywords and 100 domains, Pro Plus is $295 for 2,500 keywords and 300 domains, and Enterprise is $585 for 5,000 or more keywords with unlimited domains. Every plan includes daily updates.

Does AuthorityLabs have a free trial?

Yes. AuthorityLabs offers a 14-day free trial on every plan with no credit card required, and you get full access to the plan you pick. Near the end of the trial it sends a reminder. If you do not continue, the account is suspended and nothing is charged.

How many keywords can you track with AuthorityLabs?

The published plans track 250, 1,000, 2,500 and 5,000 or more keywords. Enterprise is written as "5000+ Keywords" at $585 a month, and the pricing page does not say what a count above 5,000 costs, so a 10,000 keyword list needs a quote from AuthorityLabs.

Does AuthorityLabs update rankings daily?

Yes. Every plan card lists daily updates, and the AuthorityLabs homepage says daily rank checking is available for all plans. Its pricing FAQ adds that it reads results in groups of ten like a real user and counts universal results such as news, video and local blocks as positions.

Does AuthorityLabs charge for extra users?

No. The pricing FAQ says every account has an unlimited number of users, and that you can add as many employees or clients as you like at no additional cost. That holds on the $65 Plus plan as well as on Enterprise.

Does AuthorityLabs offer annual billing or a discount?

Not on the pricing page. All four plans are shown as a monthly price with no yearly toggle and no published annual discount. AuthorityLabs says you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time, with the new price charged on your next scheduled billing date.

Is AuthorityLabs cheaper than SerpsTracker?

Not on keyword count. For 250 daily keywords AuthorityLabs Plus is $65 a month against our $49 Starter ($24 a month yearly), and for 5,000 keywords Enterprise is $585 against our $249 Agency plan. AuthorityLabs wins when you track many domains with few keywords each, because Plus already allows 50 domains.

How do I cancel AuthorityLabs?

According to the AuthorityLabs pricing FAQ, a trial without a card on file is suspended automatically, and a paid account is cancelled by contacting AuthorityLabs, which says it will take care of it. There is no self-serve cancel button described on the pricing page.
