Wincher review: pricing, plan limits and who should pay for Wincher in 2026

Wincher is a well-made daily rank tracker that is at its best for small teams. Basic costs EUR 49 a month for 500 keywords on up to 10 websites, checked every day, with keyword research included. The catches are on the plan grid: Basic is one user with no API and no white label, the Google Maps tracker updates weekly on a 25-credit meter, and 5,000 keywords means the EUR 319 Professional plan. Under 1,000 keywords it is one of the best buys in the category. Above that, price it against a dedicated tracker first.

Wincher at a glance

Wincher is a Stockholm-based SEO platform built around a rank tracker. The pricing page lists three plans, each with a keyword dropdown, and a comparison grid below them that shows what each tier switches on. This is what that grid says, with the entry keyword step for each plan.

  Basic Standard Professional
Monthly price (entry step) EUR 49 EUR 89 EUR 319
Keywords From 500 From 1,000 From 5,000
Websites Up to 10 Unlimited Unlimited
Users 1 Multiple Multiple, plus external users
Competitors per website 5 10 20
Daily ranking updates Yes Yes Yes
On-demand updates No Yes Yes
API and Looker Studio No Yes Yes
White label reports No Yes Yes
Local map tracker Weekly, 25 credits Weekly, 25 credits Weekly, 25 credits

Read from wincher.com. Extra local credits are EUR 10 per 500 on every plan, and anything over 50,000 keywords is quoted by sales. The yearly discount is not shown in the page source, so we quote monthly prices only. Every tier is broken down further on our Wincher pricing page.

What Wincher does well

The headline strength is simple: daily updates on the cheapest plan. That is less common than it should be. Ahrefs updates its rank tracker weekly on every plan, SpyFu tracks weekly on every plan, and Mangools only checks daily on its top tier. Wincher gives you a fresh reading every morning for EUR 49.

Basic is also generous where it counts for a freelancer or a small in-house team. Ten websites and five competitors per website is enough to run a handful of client sites or a main site plus a few side projects. Keyword Explorer, an on-page SEO checker, a SERP benchmark and PDF reporting ship in the same subscription, so a small team can do a lot without buying a suite.

And people like using it. Wincher's own pricing page shows ratings of 4.4 on Google and 4.8 on both Capterra and G2, and the praise in those Wincher reviews is consistent: a clean interface that shows what moved without burying you in data. For a rank tracker, where you open the same screen every day, that matters more than a long feature list.

Where Wincher falls short

Most of the friction sits in what the entry plan switches off. Basic is a single-user plan, so the day a colleague or a client needs a login, the bill becomes EUR 89. API access, the Looker Studio connector and white label reports are also off on Basic. If your rankings feed a client dashboard, EUR 89 is the real starting price.

The local tracker is the second catch. It plots a Google Business Profile position on a map grid, which is useful, but it updates weekly and every plan ships with the same 25 credits. Upgrading from Basic to Professional does not buy more local tracking; more credits cost EUR 10 per 500. If local visibility is your main reason for buying, size that meter before you commit.

Third, pricing between the published steps is only visible in the live calculator on each card, and the page lists euros. A US team paying by card will see a slightly different dollar charge each month. And one complaint comes up again and again in user reviews: tracking a keyword on both desktop and mobile uses two keyword slots, which halves the effective allowance if you need both devices.

What does Wincher cost per keyword?

Dividing the monthly price by the keyword allowance is the fairest way to compare daily trackers, as long as the update frequency is the same. Every row below checks daily. Monthly billing, list prices.

Plan Price and keywords Per keyword per month
SerpsTracker Agency $249 for 5,000 $0.050 ($0.025 yearly)
Ranktracker Authority $299 for 5,000 $0.060
Wincher Professional EUR 319 for 5,000 EUR 0.064
SerpsTracker Growth $99 for 1,500 $0.066 ($0.033 yearly)
Ranktracker Launch $39 for 500 $0.078
Wincher Standard EUR 89 for 1,000 EUR 0.089
Wincher Basic EUR 49 for 500 EUR 0.098
Semrush Advanced $549 for 5,000 $0.110
SerpsTracker Starter $39 for 250 $0.156 ($0.078 yearly)
Semrush SEO plan $139 for 500 $0.278

Two things stand out. At 500 keywords Wincher Basic is close to the cheapest daily option, beaten on price only by Ranktracker Launch, and it gives you more websites and research tools for the difference. At 5,000 keywords Wincher sits in the middle of the pack, and the gap widens on yearly billing for tools that discount heavily. The full eighteen-tool table is in our rank tracker cost comparison.

Is Wincher worth it for your team?

A freelancer or small business with up to 500 keywords: yes. Basic is one of the best value daily trackers you can buy, and the bundled research tools save a second subscription.

A small agency with 1,000 keywords and clients who want branded PDFs: yes, on Standard. EUR 89 gets multiple users, unlimited websites, the API and white label reports.

A team tracking 1,500 to 5,000+ keywords daily for rank data alone: probably not. You end up on Professional at EUR 319, paying for research and reporting you may already have elsewhere. A dedicated tracker covers the same daily checks for less. We lay out that case with a price table at four keyword counts on our Wincher alternative page.

A local business that mainly cares about the map pack: Wincher has a tool for it and many trackers do not, but check the weekly cadence and the 25-credit meter against how many locations and keywords you need. Rankings are also only half of the brand picture: a keyword chart will not tell you when a customer complains about you on a forum, which is what a brand monitoring and social listening tool is for.

Wincher vs SerpsTracker in one paragraph

SerpsTracker is a dedicated daily tracker: it checks Google organic positions for every keyword every 24 hours, stores the top 10 with each check, and sends a same-day drop alert by email, or Slack from Growth up. It costs $39 for 250 keywords, $99 for 1,500 and $249 for 5,000 with the API, billed in dollars, with yearly billing at half price. It has no keyword research, no map grid tracker, no PDF or white label reports, and it does not record positions below the top 10, where Wincher does. So Wincher wins for small teams who want a bundle, and SerpsTracker wins on price once the keyword count climbs. The daily rank tracker page shows how our checks and alerts work, and the cheapest rank tracker roundup covers the budget end of the market.

Wincher review questions

Is Wincher worth it?

For a small team tracking up to about 1,000 keywords, yes. Wincher updates rankings daily on every plan, Basic costs EUR 49 a month for 500 keywords on up to 10 websites, and keyword research and an on-page checker are included. It is harder to justify at 5,000 keywords, where Professional costs EUR 319.

How much does Wincher cost per month?

Wincher lists Basic at EUR 49 a month for 500 keywords, Standard at EUR 89 for 1,000 and Professional at EUR 319 for 5,000. Each card has a keyword dropdown that raises the price in steps, and anything above 50,000 keywords is a custom quote. Prices are in euros, so a US card charge varies with the exchange rate.

Does Wincher have a free trial?

Yes. The Basic card on the pricing page is labelled try for free, and the page closes with an invitation to start a free trial. Wincher also answers whether there is a free plan in its own pricing FAQ, which is a separate question from the trial. All three published plans carry a price.

Is Wincher good for agencies?

For small agencies, yes: Standard at EUR 89 adds multiple users, unlimited websites, API access and white label reports. Larger agencies should run the numbers at their real keyword count, because 5,000 keywords means Professional at EUR 319, and a dedicated tracker such as SerpsTracker covers 5,000 daily keywords for $249.

What do Wincher reviews complain about?

The most repeated complaint in user reviews is that tracking the same keyword on desktop and mobile uses two keyword slots. Others mention the step up from Basic to get a second user or API access. Ease of use and the clean interface are the most common praise, and ratings on review sites are high.

The verdict

Wincher is a daily rank tracker worth paying for at small scale: EUR 49 for 500 keywords on 10 websites, checked every day, with research tools included. Budget for Standard if you need a second user, the API or white label reports. Once you are tracking thousands of keywords and only need the positions, compare it against a dedicated tracker before you move up to Professional.
